Things to consider when choosing a business products partner

 Can the supplier furnish everything I need to manage my office?

 Is the supplier flexible? Will they adjust their processes to accommodate my needs?

 Is the supplier accurate in their order fill, inventory levels and pricing commitments? Do they guarantee pricing integrity?

 Can the supplier use their technology to provide fiscal control over our purchases? Can their technology be customized to fit my needs?

 Does the supplier have an expense reduction program?  Do they have a value-based alternative product program?

 Is this supplier experienced? Do they have a knowledgeable and professional support team?

 Is the supplier really accountable for all the commitments they make? Where does the buck stop?

 Can the supplier make all necessary decisions locally?  Can I speak to the owner/managers when necessary?

 Will the supplier keep my purchase dollars in our local economy, benefiting our local communities, schools and charitable organizations?

 Can working with this supplier help me improve my business? My bottom line?  Do they really care about me and my company?
